Cyber Bytes Foundation Briefs the Commonwealth of Virginia State Senate on CrossXroads Program: A National Model for Military Veteran & Workforce Transition

Stafford, VA — February 11, 2025 — The Cyber Bytes Foundation (CBF), a registered 501(c)3 non-profit led by Cesar Nader, recently presented its groundbreaking CrossXroads program to the Commonwealth of Virginia State Senate, outlining a strategic, data-driven solution to support military members transitioning into civilian careers with the added component of an Artificial Intelligence Transition Companion or AI-TC. This briefing showcased the program’s six key pillars, which address fundamental challenges faced by veterans:

As one of Virginia's workforce development programs in CrossXroads is setting the standard for innovative workforce solutions, helping build sustainable careers and secure long-term financial stability for transitioning military, veterans, first responders, Goldstar families, women, and underrepresented communities. The addition of the AI-TC digital component is designed to provide a collaborative and interactive environment that fosters growth and success. By adding this new component, CrossXroads leverages machine learning and natural language processing to provide personalized career guidance, resume building, interview preparation, and access to critical resources such as benefits and mental health support.
