X Corp Solutions Signs a multi-year Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with the U.S. Marine Corps for Work at the Quantico Cyber Hub

(Stafford, VA, January 26, 2021)​ The Quantico Cyber Hub (QCH) announced today that it will be the primary facility for a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) sponsored by the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), on behalf of the Marine Forces Cyberspace Command (MCFCC) signed with X Corp Solutions, a Stafford-based, cyber-technology firm headquartered in the Quantico Corporate Center. The CRADA represents a unique collaboration between X Corp Solutions and the Marine Corps to pursue emerging technologies through the shared use of facilities, personnel, and equipment to develop and deploy innovative technology and cyber solutions for both military and commercial challenges.

As the primary industry partner, X Corp Solutions is committed to providing local facilities and technical expertise to advance the scientific and operational objectives of the Marine Corps, as well as to expand the role that Stafford-based technology companies play in this critical mission. “The collaboration between X Corp Solutions and the Marine Corps, represented by this CRADA, demonstrates a remarkable opportunity to advance cybersecurity research and development for both government and industry in Stafford County, while providing a rich environment for industry, academia and government to collaborate and cross-pollinate knowledge and ideas that will surely result in new technologies of the future” according to Cesar Nader, X Corp’s CEO. “Our goal in sharing this exciting news with the public is to highlight our state-of-the-art facility [the Quantico Cyber Hub] and the potential opportunities for broader participation by stakeholders in the private academic and government sector within the broader community of technology and cyber domains.”

The Quantico Cyber Hub is the largest Cyber Security Center of Excellence in a Virginia HUBZone and is designed as a “Cyber Domain Ecosystem,” where subject matter experts, processes and capabilities are brought together to customize solutions in order to accelerate the implementation of Advanced Cyber Technologies through experimentation, innovation, research and application. The Quantico Cyber Hub is also the home of the Cyber Bytes Foundation, a 501(c)(3), with the mission of producing education, innovation, and outreach programs to enhance developers and cyber workforce.
